The hotel is within walking distance from Odate station. The hotel has free car parking for guests. The breakfast is excellent, and there's free coffee available.

I stayed here as I needed a place to sleep while cycling in the area. The hotel is pretty standard with other Route Inn hotels around Japan with a public bath facility and business hotel sized rooms.
